Will there be a shipping confirmation once the order is placed?

Yes, once an order has been completed, a confirmation will be sent to you via email.  Once your package leaves our warehouse, we will provide you with a tracking code so you will be able to track your package directly on our site.

 

How long to receive my package?

We typically have a 3 day processing window to fully verify and fulfill your order.  Following this time frame, your package should arrived at your shipping address between 1-4 business weeks.  See our shipping time.  Sometimes there may be unexpected delays with the courier companies and unfortunately this is out of our control but rest assured we will work with you until you receive your order.
